July 25th Fashion Parade: Fiesta Wear

The beloved bright ceramics of Fiesta inspire us this week.

The Homer Laughlin China Company of Newell, West Virginia introduced Fiestaware in 1936, and within the first few years of production six colors were made, Red (orange red), Blue (cobalt), Green (jade-like), Yellow (deep golden), Old Ivory (yellowish cream) and Turquoise. The colors are great on your table…and they make a great summer palate for vintage fashions!
