Few dresses can be called cream of the crop, but this one certainly fits the description! It's elegant and sexy, scoop-necked with a short fringe of bugle beads at the piped edge. The entire dress is hand-beaded with tiny seed beads and pave` bows spaced throughout, making it substantially heavy. There's a rounded-edge hem with a walking slit in back, and it's fully lined.
